I didn't like this book as much as I expected too. It's called Fridge Love but because author is vegan there is no mention or pictures of dairy or meat (which the rest of her family does eat). While I found it motivational, I did not find it as helpful as many others did.

This is a great book, borrowed to read and I actually found it so useful that I purchased my own copy. It's got some excellent tips on organization, food management and some good (and healthy) recipes.

This book is a great resource and I have already purchased my own copy. The book starts with a discussion about how refrigerators work, where they are coldest, how the air flows, and how to maintain them. There is an entire section devoted to information on selecting and storing produce. The book ends with a section of recipes. There are several salads and sauces and the photographs throughout are gorgeous. I highly recommend.

This book was full of amazing information about how to clean, organize, and get the most out of your fridge and food. We had previously started phasing out our plasticware and this book gave so much inspiration for switching over to glass. On top of that, there were tons of recipes to help with any stage of prep you want to do. This will definitely be a reference for years to come!
