I saw some of these illustrations many times on some Facebook pages about books and I always wanted to read this book. It was pretty good and interesting. The things illustrated about book lovers, writers, readers and poets are very true. I had a nice time with it but I didn't enjoy it as much as I hoped I'll .

Legitimately very cute
Sometimes very recognizable
Quick cute easy enjoyable read

But poetry is just personally not my thing

And sometimes not relatable at all because I'm not a writer aiming to publish a book. And I don't have children. And it did become a bit repetitive...

its just ...... meh. i was honestly so bored but i refused to dnf bcs its a graphic novel and how bad can it be? ill finish it in no time. i was wrong, it took me longer than i wanted to and by the end i was kind of resenting it for existing and for the fact that i didn't dnf. it just was not what i thought it would be - it was more about being a writer than a reader. just rlly boring and the 2 star is generous
