Fantastic collection for readers and writers. This books brings together various comics from Snider previously featured on Incidental Comics as well as in The New Yorker, The New York Times, and other publications.

This is a book about the love and frustrations of reading (and by extension, writing). Nice read for fans of [a:Debbie Tung|16557741|Debbie Tung|https://images.gr-assets.com/authors/1504212452p2/16557741.jpg]'s [b:Book Love|39296114|Book Love|Debbie Tung|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1537722936l/39296114._SX50_.jpg|60874701] and other comic collections that celebrate reading.

A nice mix of humor and hopefulness. This book touches on the frustrations of writing, joys of reading, and philosophical geekiness, with little morsels of advice tucked in. It combines comics, storytelling, lists, and poems to create a unique reading experience.

A fun, clever read with a snappy title that does not disappoint.

I think this was more of a "it's me not you" kind of deal. I didn't find a lot of the humor all that humorous. The art was cute and I did relate to a fair bit of it. I didn't hate it, but I'm not going to rush out and buy it (read it on Hoopla. Thank gods for digital libraries).

This is a delightful and insightful collection of comics about books, reading, and writing. Almost every page contains a well-illustrated and cleverly worded gem that will resonate with and appeal to anyone who has found themselves up too late reading, or pulled into an interesting bookstore or library, despite the teetering pile already on the nightstand, or pulling out their hair, looking for the best word.

cute drawings + some quirky bookworm references + a hint of literary gatekeeping, unfortunately

Would recommend.

I loved it!! This was so fun. I really understood and felt a lot of what he wrote about. Piles of books everywhere in your house? Yup!! Don't judge me by my bookshelf... but I will probably judge you. LOL (Acutally I won't... but I will look for something to talk about with you for sure)
