If serial killers with gruesome murder scenes are your thing, then this is a book for you.

Gruesome murder ✅️
Serial killer ✅️
Gory ✅️
Leaves you wanting more ✅️

DI Anjelica Henley who has been on desk duties since she was viciously attacked whilst apprehending The Jigsaw Killer who is now behind bars serving life, starts her first shift back with the discovery of body parts scattered around London.

There's a serial killer on the loose who is either a copycat of The Jigsaw Killer or an unknown accomplice.

I really liked the character of Henley she was both vulnerable and head strong.

Henley has to face her fears and meet up with Peter Oliver, aka The Jigsaw Killer, to catch this killer.

Peter Oliver is both a charming and sinister psychopath. He truly is a genuinely unsettling disturbing character, which only made this book more enjoyable.

This book has Silence of the Lambs vibes, and this would make a perfect gruesome movie.

This book is a page turner of suspense.

There is only one reason why I didn't rate it 5 stars was the start was a bit slow to get into. This book is part of a series, and the beginning felt like this book should be book 2, and I missed the first book and the back story of the characters. However, once the murders became more gruesome, I was drawn in hook, line, and sinker.

A serial killer, Peter Oliver, is locked away for 7 gory and gruesome murders. DI Angelica Henley has been on desk duty since she was severely wounded when apprehending him. And, then body parts are found. Is it a copycat or is Oliver somehow organizing someone to continue his work? Jigsaw man has all the properties that make for a great thriller - a twisted and sick killer or two, a dedicated group of police many with baggage they must work through, lots of twists and turns and a thrill a minute.

I really enjoyed this novel. The story started off strong and kept the momentum going all throughout the book. I loved how there were many twists and turns and you really felt frustrated when the characters felt frustrated. I believe it was an accurate depiction to what solving a crime would be like when you have to deal with who is funding what and where there are HR blocks. This book also touched on discrimination and microaggressions when working as a female POC in law enforcement.

I really look forward to the second book that is coming out in July 2022!

Wow!!! This was literally a crime fiction book I can see adapted to a movie or show . This very much so reminded me of the Denzel Washington movie The Bone Collector. I loved this book so much and Nadine is now an auto buy author for me hands down .

This book follows Detective Inspector Anjelica Henley who is coming back to full duty after being on desk work after an incident that rocked her physically and emotionally. Upon her first day back to full duty D.I. Henley is called to work a case where body parts have been found. This immediately resembles her last case where she captured The Jigsaw serial killer. Only the jigsaw killer is in prison so is there a copycat running around the streets of London ?

This story was so captivating and nonstop. I had no idea who was the copycat up until the last few chapters of the book and I loved that. Nadine sucked me in from the very beginning and I never wanted this story to end but I was definitely rooting for D.I. Henley the entire time. I already bought book to and I will be buying book 3 coming in 2024. If you love crime fiction you must pick this book up. It was amazing.

This was exciting & fun. I enjoyed the nuisances of the center characters. Sure it was a mystery crime thriller but it somehow felt too technical. Also it felt like way too many people to keep up with.

I’m excited for the second installment. I need to see how this ends.
