This one was a bit meh for me. He was a bit too much of a jerk for my taste and there didn't seem to be anything to then other than physical. I don't think there was anything else to really make sense of them being a couple and enough to redem his jerkish ways.

I guess I made the mistake of reading all three of these books in the series back-to-back. Each book is very formulaic and I feel as though I should have picked one out of the three isn't of reading all three.

This book was repetitive since reading the other two in the series, but to review without comparison it was alright. The second book is my favourite out of the three even though I don't like when the hero is a doctor.

I don't understand why the heroine liked this hero. He was a jerk and had a horrible reputation that turned out to be true. Fine, he's sexy. He's also an asshole and a man whore lol.

The steamy scenes saved this because the plot and characters were lacking. Again, I feel this is because I read the first two and they were all the same.

1. Hero who has sex with a different woman every day of the week (why?)
2. Is an asshole for no reason other than they are rich and handsome?
3. Heroine is a strong independent smart woman who doesn't take shit from anyone except this ass wipe.
4. Steamy scenes that save the entire book.
5. Conflict that the hero doesn't apologize or feel any remorse for. Gaslights the heroine.
6. Heroine is at fault? No understanding from the hero when the problems are her fault.
7. It all works out because....I mean did you read what he did with his mouth? I'd forgive him too.

I this was the first series I read from this author and I didn't dislike it, I was just underwhelmed. I don't doubt she has some better titles available and so I'll give some more a try. If you only read one book out of the series, and I suggest you just read one, I'd read the second book.

Book 1: Naughty Boss 3/5 stars
Book 2: Dirty Doctor 5/5 stars
Book 3: Cocky Client 3/5 stars

Overall Series rating 3/5 stars.

Sometimes a quick, light, steamy read is all this romance reader needs to save the day!
Obnoxious alpha hero
Strong female lead
Witty dialogues
Wicked hot chemistry
And Whitney G freaking delivers every time! I can't recommend enough her Steamy Coffee Collection novellas to you all.
(Naughty Boss, book 2 in the collection is currently #FREEHERE

This book was short and sweet very spicy and was very funny although this was sure it did have enough background history on main characters and it felt like they had a distinguishable personality between the two main characters although at the end did feel rushed
