Beautifully written, and spoke to a dawning understanding I've been grappling with for years and desperately wish we all talked about more. I don't quite have words for how much I loved this book.

Beautiful memoir of Climate Change that focuses on the affective aspects instead of the science. I found this really generative and inspiring - this isn't about solving the world but about learning how we learn to live emotionally and find hope to keep moving forward. Definitely recommend.

This was a beautiful, moving book, part memoir of a millennial climate activist, part philosophical treatise on how to understand our world and environment while neither shielding our eyes from the ugly truth nor numbing ourselves with anger or false hope. Sometimes the metaphors got a little too Big Brain™️ abstract for my tastes, but so much of the prose was so stunning and I took so much away from it that it was worth it in the end.
I recommend this to anyone who wants to read about climate justice and enjoys narrative non fiction. A great read.
