Sadly, this wasn’t as nearly as good as the third book. I think there’s too much going on with the politics and a whole lot of people involved. 

I went through this one faster than the previous book and I did’t even spoil myself this time. It’s just that the ending was not satisfying as I hoped it would be. I feel like there wasn’t any proper ending to the other suspects that have been significant to the case from the start.

I was really enjoying this book but in the end I think it was just a little bit too long for me and I know there are longer ones coming 😹 by the end I was definitely feeling a bit like on get on with it! Rather than exhilarated by a surprise ending! I had my suspicions of the people involved but I didn't guess either. The only time I have been right about an ending with these books is Career of Evil!
