I’m just bored. This is just goes through the daily routine of each of the main characters. I’ve gotten this far into the book and nothing has happened besides a few heated gazes and two kisses (forehead and cheek). I seen no chemistry between the MCs.

This book has a lot of feels.
It is about Addison & Dennis. There is so much emotion in the pages of this book.
You can see their personalities shining from beginning to end.
Great read for an enjoyable weekend.

I have never taken so long to read a book ib my life.
Maybe I'm in a reading slump idk but my god J was just so bored through it all.

I saw one tiktok edit about the scene where he is obsessed with her ponytail or something and IT WAS JUST PART OF HIS INTERNAL MONOLOGUE!!! HE DIDN'T EVEN MENSION IT TO HER. I came in for some tension and angst and yearning and there was none of that it was just so convenient and the characters wer3 doing things for the plot and nothing else.

I also felt like Trina was just pushed into such a huge "best friend who curses ans drinks a lot, parties and onky exists to give advice" stereotypes I was low-key annoyed everytime she was part of a scene because we literally know nothing about her other than she is Addison's friend.

Urh yeah my tolerance for meh books is dwindling, I can't even say I was entertained.
