I just adore this world. The magic system is so fascinating and I love the characters. I'm foaming at the mouth waiting for the next book!

This book was good but got really confusing from the last book.

Def a 4.5, loved the book but I thought the inclusion of self harm was very odd and unnecessary. The violence in this book is way more intense than the first one, the first book toyed with the notion of violence/SA but this second book went all in, which was good at times but at others it felt excessive.

I really loved this book overall!
