This book is useful in business/consulting contexts or for general reader curious about such topics. I think managers/leaders will find most value in this and this book could have big impact on those leaders if they use the open strategy principles mentioned. I appreciate the way open strategy brings more voices into decision-making and also how bringing more voices into the process can help improve outcomes (not to mention create new types of engagement among employees).
