Very good. Great twists. Just barely missed the mark at the end for me. However the ending is still very good. Almost an ugly duckling situation. Where the meek good girl became the one in control. Great pace. Kept me interested the whole time. Which can be a struggle. I’m one of those people who will read 10-15 chapters and if it’s not compelling or I get lost I’ll just DNF. This one kept me engaged. Luckily there wasn’t really any cringy stuff in this one.

Would like to re read one day with the knowledge of the ending.

Twisted! I read this in one sitting on a long flight, I was so engrossed it, the time flew. I love reading a story that has me wondering what the hell is going on the entire time. This did not disappoint!

I sat and came up with some many conclusions in my head and yet none of them even came close to the truth. The ending was written fantastically and might’ve been my favourite part of the whole book.

I love how easy of a read this was and freida never fails to amaze me with her ideas and storylines. Lost a ✰ for how many times I had to read the word turtle and bloody long dawns emails were, although it did all make sense in the end.

I finished this in one sitting, super fast read. Early on I thought of DNFing but the 'did she do it' question kept me going. Some crazy twists and turns but in the end I wasn't surprised...
