Dayum.
They both have something fundamentally wrong with themselves.  I guess it makes sense though in a weird way that neither of them would be “good”. Idk

Rakastan Freidan kirjoja! Juonet ovat selkeitä ilman harhapolkuja, jännitystä ja juonenkäänteitä juuri sopivasti. Ei mässäilyä rikoksilla tai murhilla.

This is been the only Freida McFadden book that I was unable to really guess what was going on to an extent. I find it fun to try and guess most books, but this one had me at a lost. In other words, it was a fun read!

True Rating: 4.5/5 - Freida is always a hit for me (so far). I like how the first chapter hooks you in right away, versus making you wonder what's going to happen first. The big plot twist was something I didn't see coming, but I expected something a little more dramatic. This wasn't my favorite book by her, but it isn't my least favorite either. It was a nice, quick read in between books (I call it my palate cleanser). I feel like almost every character is unhinged as fuck at some point throughout the book. Not a bad read - would recommend!

3.5/4

Not my favorite of her novels. Kind of lost its pace halfway through.

3.5 ⭐️ Devoured her, but I guessed the first twist immediately. The other two not so much, but it just wasn’t giving Never Lie or The Housemaid for me. I def needed more from her on this but still a good quick read!
