Ok, so I have no idea how I managed to get to volume 8 without realising this series is actually set in the city about half an hour away from me. *facepalms*
Maybe that’s why there’s just something about this series I can’t put my finger on that I just enjoy reading even though it’s just kind of nothing really happening. I guess it’s also really nostalgia back to my uni days and the dumb/random shit that happened to me, I kind of feel like I’m living vicariously through them maybe? And also have flashbacks to similar scenarios i or my uni mates found ourselves in.
Overall the series is just a fluffy nostalgic palate cleanser. But it’s fun nonetheless.
