Besides the awkwardness of some jokes/praise in light of #MeToo (especially Louis C.K.) it was a good listen with some great guest stars to talk about Amy’s life

Listened to the audio book version on a long road trip. Very enjoyable. Humor, memoir, and occasional bouts of wisdom all rolled into a quirky, fun package.

I "read" this as an audiobook on my numerous drives during the week. I love Amy Poehler, so listening to her read it was definitely a joy. She was a lot more serious in this book than I expected, but I definitely laughed in every chapter. She made me want to go get shit done! I enjoyed her take on many deep topics like time and struggle and the awful demon voice that pops up in our heads at times. Yes Please isn't profound, but it is worth at least one listen!

I definitely recommend listening to the audio book! Amy Poehler's voice adds such amazing depth to the already hilarious and soul revealing words. After listening to this book I feel like I know Amy--scratch that--I feel like Amy is my best friend. I feel like I could go right up to Amy on the street and we would have one of the best conversations of my life. She's fantastic! Amy, I love you!

Amy, since I know you are reading this I will let you know that I laughed out loud multiple times while reading the book at work. My boss caught me reading and I told him he should read the book too. He didn't really say anything. He did back away and smile, so at least it wasn't a "no". When I wasn't reading at work, I read parts of the book out loud to at least two people; one of whom is my son and a fellow fan (Well, you and Chris Pratt) and the other is my wife who also requires drugs at the dentist. Foremost, I appreciated your honesty and was inspired by your courage to pursue your passion and hone your amazing talent. Well done, Amy. Thanks for telling your story. Peace out, girl.
