A collection of three short stories set in the Wonder universe. In Julian's story, we read about his bullying towards Auggie and Jack and growth after hearing an inspiring story from his Grandmere. In Christopher's story, we read about his struggles in middle school and difficulties with friendship. And in Charlotte's story, we read about her friendships as she joins a demanding dance team for a performance at a Beecher Prep Gala.
These stories are a good addition to Wonder...while it doesn't follow Auggie exactly, readers see him in the background.

Nothing could be as good as the book Wonder, but I enjoyed them all!

I really loved taking a step back into Auggie's world again. Although there wasn't much of Auggie in these short stories, they were still really enjoyable.
Julian's chapter was a real eye opener and I'm so glad R.J. Palacio had the chance to write from his point of view because I always wondered how he could be so mean to someone for no reason. It was my favourite story out of the three.
Palacio is a genius at writing characters. Even with all the characters featured in 'Wonder', she was still able to give every one of her characters a unique voice. I feel like I know them all so well, truly amazing!
My only fault with this is that, in my opinion, the girls in Charlotte's story didn't seem like 10 year olds. They seemed to act a lot older than their age. It's such a small thing to be picky about, but it didn't seem right to me.

It was good knowing more about these kids. Every one of them was in their own world, with different problems. The one I felt the most was the Julian Chapter. It's always nice to read when a character grows as a person and becomes better in general, i liked his grandma and her story.
And about Charlotte, she was just a little girl trying to fit in. I really understood her and she at the end didn't do anything wrong, she was kind and that's always good to see.
Now, even though Summer wasn't a main lead in any of the stories, I loved her. She's just a wonderful kid.

I didn't enjoy this book as much as Wonder. I almost gave it 2 stars, but the ending was better than I expected.
