This was such an intense and enthralling read. It was really too scary to read at bedtime, but I did anyway because I wanted so badly to know what happened next.

Got probably 1/3 through. I never really connected to it and kept waiting to feel the thrill. I decided to put it down and come back to it later and still haven’t. I’d like to try reading it again with fresh eyes, but it just never clicked for me at the time.
