Man, there's like eight stories in this book. In other genres this one book would be a trilogy.
Long, but rarely boring. There could have been maybe 100 pages of edits but I still enjoyed the ride.

The story was good, but the book was WAY too long. The story could have been told in half the pages. Also, Clancy is good at writing the action scenes, but not so good at dialogue and the relationships between his characters. The scenes featuring family moments and emotional dialogue were so awkward, I actually cringed as I read them. Basically, good premise, but mediocre execution.
Bioterrorism with a spy thriller mixed in. Good mindless read

The premise was cool and the individual scenes were thrilling, but the ending flopped.
I am using an extremely big Tom Clancy fan. However this book just did not hold my interest. O fleet may be the next book in the series will hold my interest a bit more. It took me a while to finish this period
