This book was so super fun to read!  Definitely an original story, and I found myself wondering how sweet things can cause some people to find love!  Well as you read the story, you fall right into the joy of being in love.  I don’t want to give the story away but there are two very fun additions to the story that play an interesting part in building the book and. one makes it a book to keep coming back to!  Now I must say through the entire book I wanted one of these delectable treats and a visit to Cupid’s Cove!  I am sure this series will not disappoint!

My Valentine's Day Cookie Match (Welcome to Cupid's Cove) by C.A. King. This is a perfect love story. Its the story of the town of Cupid Cove and Graham who is tried of Big City Corporate so he move to Cupid Cove and open a bakery with a twist. He's also trying to launch an app about love and what better place than to launch it than Cupids Cove? This app matches people based on their cookie orders out of his bakery. The only problem is Lara the Mayor's daughter and her family has had the town family bakery for years and she can't believe her dad would let this guy march into town and try to take over. Everyone thinks Lara is too young to know what she is doing but she is going to do her best to prove everyone wrong. If you are in the mood for a fun, romance do yourself a favor and read My Valentine's day Cookie Match. You will love it!

My Valentine's Day Cookie Match: Welcome to Cupid's Cove by C.A. King

This isn't my first read by the author. It certainly won't be my last either. My Valentine's Day Cookie Match is a fantastic read.

Lara is the Mayor's daughter and works at the local bakery in town. She's upset when she learns that her father is opening up another coffee shop. The owner is doing cookies as well as launching their own app. The quote I chose for Lara is: “I don’t know. I guess you’ll just have to find a way on your own.”

Graham is new to Cupid's Cove and is opening a coffee shop. He's trying to get out of towners to come in and try it. He doesn't want to compete or try to steal the other bakery's customers. The quote I chose for Graham is: “Fair enough. I happen to have a batch of brownies already whipped up. We’ll meet at your place later. Oh, and you can have top or bottom. I don’t mind either way.”

Highly recommended for Romantic Comedy lovers.

This book was super sweet, and easy to read. Cupid’s Cove is a quaint little town that celebrates Valentine’s Day to the fullest extent possible. While this story is a shorter story it still packs a lot of fun, love, drama, and of course fantastic characters. The author has even thrown in a recipes in between the pages and it really just gives this book its unique edge. While Lara isn’t happy about the new bakery that’s opening she can’t ignore the chemistry between her and Graham. But will they be able to come to an agreement on their businesses or will they each want to be the best bakery in town regardless of how they feel about the other?  You’ll have to read this amazing story to find out for yourself.

Lara runs the bakery in small town Cupid Cove. The local radio station is announcing new things coming in their small town….when Lara finds out what is coming, she is not happy. There is a new bakery coming to town, that comes with its own love matching app.  The more you buy, the better match you will have.  Graham is behind this bakery/matching app and is excited to start a new chapter in his own life. He is taking a big chance making these decisions, quitting his dependable job, leaving his home, and losing a girlfriend. Will this bring him the freedom he is looking for? The chemistry between Lara and Graham is great, they are so competitive and both in it to win.

I love the radio commentary in between scenes, it really added something extra for me. This was a sweet small town romance with a head strong heroine. My favorite kind of story.

Sweet afternoon delight
This little gem did not disappoint. Coffee, cookies and an afternoon quickie (read). The town of Cupid Cove is charming and Graham and Lara were a cute couple. Even though this is a short read the author did not skimp on details. I loved the recipes and the short snippets from the radio hosts, had me in stitches. Highly recommend as a romantic afternoon escape.

This is a cute romance story that I enjoyed.  A shorter story that is packed full of fun and love.  This is an author that I never hesitate to pick up.  I have loved reading her books from the start.  They are engaging and well written.  This story is no different.  The characters pulled me in from the beginning and had me coming back for more.  This is a fast paced romance story that is hard to put down.  The characters are relatable and really packs a punch throughout the story.  A small town, second chance romance that has great growth throughout the story.  I enjoyed the chemistry between the characters as well as how loveable they were.  I really enjoyed this story as it is entertaining and the characters bring life to the story.  This is a great Valentine’s Day story that will warm up your day.  I highly recommend this book and this author.

I really enjoyed this book, it was fun read and had great characters who I fell in love with straight away. I really love this authors writing, she had a really engaging writing style and her books never fail to entertain me. Graham and Lara were wonderful characters to read about, I loved the connection that they had both professionally and in other ways. I loved the competition between them when it came to their baking. I loved the way the book was written with the differing points of view, it was entertaining and such a fun read.
I really recommend this fun, sweet read!

Another feel good romance from CA. It is set in a quirky and quaint little town Cupid's Cove where they love Valentine’s Day. It’s sexy, with a little angst. Throw in a few recipes and get ready for something a little sweet and spicy. It will pull at your heartstrings on places. One thing I love is that this author has an eclectic style of writing so you never know what you will get. It is a light-hearted and fun read.

Grab a coffee and maybe something sweet (it is a Valentine’s Day story after all) and settle in for a relaxing afternoon escape.

I simply loved this book and the story that it held! I have been a fan of this author for quite some time, but every time they write a book, my heart is full and happy. I loved the quirkiness of the characters in this one, it was a cute read, and had the prefect amount of sweetness.

Personally I loved how the setting of the town was made up. A town that loves Valentines Day and the love it brings. Now that is my kind of town! Graham and Lara were adorable together. Both came from different sides of the fence. Both in a bakery competition, I loved how competitive they were with one another. Those moments when they were not fighting for the win, they really had common ground that was well more than just common, a ground that held something they both really wanted, but were afraid to go after. I loved the town and the happy feelings it gave off to myself as the reader for the joy of Valentines Day. As I said the book had a good humor, and happy feeling as you read. And before I knew it, I had finished the book, I loved the story of Lara and Graham and wanted more! Loved this book!

The book had its own level of sweetness and brought on different levels of joy as you read. it was a quick and fun read. Highly recommend this book, no matter what time of year it is. If you have not have had the joy of checking out this author yet either, I highly recommend you do so as well! Both are must reads!
