Sticky is a beautiful book that serves a wonderful purpose: it's a reminder that sex is supposed to be fun. Rather than trying to tell a dramatic series of stories, or else trying to simply tell a vapid comedy, Sticky instead tries to capture the almost abstract absurdity and pleasure that is sexuality. The men in this book are hard, in every sense of the word, but they're also human beings capable of laughing and just letting go to the enjoyment of having sex.

Though it's easy to just write this book off a porn (it is, but that doesn't make it bad or disposable product), any queer man, or anyone who appreciates representations of sexuality should read this book because Lazarov and MacIsaac are able to show human beings who are real and funny and, even when they're engaging in the most extreme form of their sexuality, sexy. Every story in this book is just a lovely exploration of queer male sexuality and thus a wonderful collection to any library.
