I don't normally, if ever pick up non-fiction books, but I've been following Rhett and Link on GMM for about 2 years now and thought I'd give their book a shot seen as though I'm a fan of their show (and because I was gifted the book for Christmas).

I'm going to be honest and say that I was worried going in that it would be mostly just be background information on their friendship and life leading up to the production of Good Mythical Morning, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that while it did have that, it also had a bunch of other content such as Party Tips, Character Building: The Board Game, and A Letter From The Future, all of which made me feel like I was reading scripts for some of their episodes which I thought was pretty cool.

Overall, If you enjoy watching GMM and want to learn more about Rhett and Link and have some laughs along the way, I highly suggest you pick this book up.

I was between a 3.5 and a 4. This book was just so genuinely positive that it bumped itself up to a 4.

I have been a longtime fan of Good Mythical Morning. I love Rhett and Link. I found this book at my library and knew I had to read it.

I don’t know what I was expecting, but it wasn’t this book. Part memoir, part self-help book, part humor, this book is an enjoyable read and very heartfelt. I just took a while to get through it because it references so many great episodes of GMM that I would stop to watch them and get sucked into a spiral of GMM episodes.

Great book. One of the most positive and genuinely uplifting books I’ve read all year.

It really do be “reading books that I’ve had for multiple years but never actually read” o’clock
Rhett and Link are adults who’ve never really stopped being children, and I want to try and do that, like never be 100% “adult” because that’s no fun and no good for the world. And this book is pretty much a “how-to” guide for that but with comedy so that’s cool.

A really fun book for all Mythical Beasts! I remember a few of these stories from the show or podcast eps, but I had a blast reading this book. Their respective voices really came through in it!

I enjoyed this book so much I've been continuously talking about it since I read the first anecdote. I enjoyed it so much I can't wait to loan it out to friends and family and force them to read it.

If you aren't a fan of GMM already, I think the book would still be fun. Maybe not 5 stars, though.

This was a great audiobook. I knew what I was expecting since I’ve been a mythical beast for over three years. I loved listening to their stories and laughed out loud several times. It helped me pass the time while I was performing my research. It was sweet, funny, and insightful. Unfortunately I work at a national lab and it is against security protocols to take a picture of myself listening to the audiobook, otherwise I would have totally participated. I think this is a good book for mythical beasts, and maybe even people who just want more of an insight into why these guys have such a loyal following. Great job guys!

This is not very good. It just is two guys talking the entire time about their past.

Loved it! However, most of the stories were already on GMM at one time or another, but It was also cool to see the long version with pictures.
