I don't this book was my favorite. I like how this series was strucutred. It was a quick read but i did not feel that connected to the characters in the later book in this series. I felt like this book wraped up the whole series. I like that we got many character pov this book def gave my stranger things vibes

This one was very weak in comparison even to the previous book, kind of too rushed even for a middle grade. Also, not even scary unless you are specifically scared of clowns. Also, minus a star for Phil<3

An extremely anticlimactic end to the series.

This was a really good ending to the series. I took half a star away because it seemed like the author wanted us to feel bad for the Smiling Man. I get that he's lonely, but he literally steals children. There's no room to feel sorry for him. Anyway, the storyline was great. I wasn't sure about it because I'm a grown woman who is terrified of clowns, but they really weren't that bad. They were almost too goofy and stupid to be scary.
I'm glad the rest of the gang were able to find Ollie, watch or no watch. The Smiling Man was so petty, always stealing the watch to cheat at his games. In the end, I really think he wanted Ollie to find the keys.

The ending seemed rush to me. Setting was fun and loved the seasons of each book. My favourite is still the Dead Voices.
