Cross Fire definately was a fitting end to the Kyle Craig saga. I really like that this book had so much to the plot. Because Kyle has been in so many of the Alex Cross stories you needed something to break up the story line and create something new.

This is the story of Alex Cross returning to life as normal with his fiance Bree and his family. As usual he can never seem to spend enough time with his family because of his job. And of course Kyle Craigs constant interruptions. Alex finally catches the shooter behind the sniper killings and thinks the case is over... When he and his family go on their honeymoon Kyle Craig who is pretending to be Max Seigel shows up as usual to end the families hapiness.

As we all know with James Patterson's books just because you think someone dies doesn't mean they are actually dead as the ending of this book reminds us...

Can't wait to see how some of James Patterson's different characters merge!

This was definately a good one!

I could read Alex Cross all day, everyday. Not the most brilliant fiction, but a page turner. Great easy read for anyone.

I love Alex Cross books and this one was no exception. However, the plot of copycat murders in this and in Tick Tock may be starting to show the problem with James Patterson coming out with another book every few months. When you have so many detective series the plots are all starting to merge. Spoiler Alert: As was proven in the last paragraph of this book where the Alex Cross and Women's Murder Club are coming together. Though that paragraph also made me very excited because I've missed both of these series while JP has been writing all these other books. So maybe I'll just have to drop the Michael Bennett series.
