The first two chapters were almost unbearable. The pretentious writing, clunky sentences, and literally turning random nouns I haven’t seen since taking the GRE and turning them into adjectives almost had me dnf. But the plot had a lot of promise so I kept going, and it was okay. Not upset I kept going but wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t read again tbh.

I find the main character completely unbearable and annoying. I will note the world building is really fantastic... But that main character is so unbearable to me... Give it a shot for world building maybe you will have the resilience it takes to stand the main character she is most vexing
