I loved the whole series but this one was a wonderfully exciting wrap up that ties together several story lines.

It was quite sexy too!

I would highly recommend the whole series!

I've been waiting for this series conclusion with bated breath since the very first book.

I love how, with each new book, a new puzzle piece was revealed leaving me longing (see what I did there) for the complete picture. Usually the love story is the main attraction for me when reading books but with this series the romance almost took second place to the mystery side of it. I couldn't wait to see how everything came together and to find out once and for all who was responsible for the murder of Thomas Paige-Prince.

While Colin remains my favorite Sloan brother, Michael gave him run for his money with the whole yearning for one woman his whole life and what with all that sexy French he learned. Of course it wouldn't be a Lauren Blakely book without a strong heroine and that's exactly what we get with Annalise. I especially appreciate that Lauren made Annalise faithful to her heart and that she didn't disregard the life she had while she was apart from Micael once he was back in the picture. While it was hard to swallow at times, it felt more authentic for who Annalise really was.
This was the perfect conclusion to this series, full of twists and turns that had me even shedding a few tears. The epilogue was exactly what I needed to walk away from the series completely satisfied and ready for whatever Lauren has in store for us next.

*I received an ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review

YES!!! What a wrap up to the Sloan Family Saga. I saw in some reviews that people didn't think much of the romance between Annalise and Michael... and I can see that. Honestly their love was a bit tame and didn't have a lot of conflict. But then.... does it always need conflict? Isn't the fact that they were separated for 10 years count for the conflict?

The best part was getting all the information about the murder of Thomas.... that was fascinating! Finally getting to see all the pieces fir together! It even extended father than I had originally thought! All together I thought this was a great series!

Fully complete

Following this journey with the Sloan siblings had definitely been a ride worth taking. Michael and Annalise's journey started before all of their lives were flipped upside down. It's hard to let go of young love, I think Michael held on to it miss than most because it was the last time he was truly happy. In this book I didn't develop the attachment to the main characters like in the previous books, I think it was because so much off the book was about solving the case. Nonetheless the sex scenes were hot and it was great to know the ending to all the siblings stories.

Michael has loved Annalise for the last eighteen years. When they were younger, they had planned to spend the rest of their life together. Of course, life had other plans. Annalise is now back in Michael's life ten years later after a heartbreaking meeting between the two. Michael is trying his hardest to suppress his true feelings for fear that Annalise doesn't feel the same. Meanwhile, Annalise is afraid to fall and then lose again. These two get together and years of longing ignite into a fiery passion. Throughout the series, we have gotten clue after clue to lead us to the real truth of Thomas Paige's murder case. Finally, everything comes to the light and the case finally closes for Thomas Paige. Just when it seems like everything will be ok, holy shiitake mushrooms, Blakely hits you with a CRAZY CRAZY TWIST. It literally made my jaw dropped!! She totally flipped the script! I NEVER expected that! I was nervous to turn the page not knowing what she'd hit me with next! Everything came to a thrilling climax in Sinful Love! This was a beautifully written story about second chances at life, forgiveness, and the most importantly; love. Best of all, you get a peek into the future lives of the rest Sloan family. I loved every single minute of Sinful Love. I couldn't have pictured a more perfect ending for this family who suffered such great losses but, in the end found the love that help healed them all.

I loved it. This was a second (third?) chance romance at its best. If you can read this without falling a little in love with Annalise and Michael, you weren't paying attention.

The background info on Michael and Annalise quickly lets you see that they are approaching their reunion with similar fond memories and feelings of when they were together, but from a different perspective. Annalise, you discover quickly, was married and her husband passed away. Michael has always been in love with Annalise.

Michael is intense, passionate and so afraid of losing Annalise again that he is reluctant to tell her how he feels. But, after an amazingly sweet discovery on her part, he confesses all to her right before she gets into a cab to head back to Paris...although at that point, they have already decided to allow what they have to continue, an option that was not realistic when they meet as 16-year olds.

While we wait for Annalise to admit she loves him, and is more than "falling" for him, Lauren Blakely gives little clues as to how Annalise feels, like watching him sit, holding his wine, and talking to her family...you see how she feels before she tells him.

The entire book is just good. You just feel for both of them, your heart aches for them, and you don't want it to end.

This was a good conclusion to the series. It didn't focus quite as much on the couple, Michael and Annalise, instead we got flashbacks to the father and how the mom got involved in drugs and his murder. I liked getting the backstory since it rounded out everything and gave answers, but it also prevented me from caring as much about Michael and Annalise. I still liked them and they had some good moments together, but it bounced around a lot.
The ending was cute and wrapped up all the Sloan kids (and Marcus) and I liked seeing them all happy. The narrator that did this series was great and I love listening to his sexy voice lol.
Good series overall, fun to listen to.
