Made me think about stress, introduced interesting scientific findings, kinda stressed me a bit but mostly dazzled and confused me with the terminology and the science. It is definitely worth a read but I was not in a place to read thoroughly and so this was a skim reading for me. My effort was not nearly enough to warrant a rating or a credible review. This is an amazing work of scientific literature that can be accessible to all when in the mood for some commitment and finding out what's up with stress.
Forget everything you thought you knew about Glucocorticoids.

A very thorough book, covering stress from a lot of different angles.
Not sure if I struggled at times because of the content, or because of the audiobook narrator.

I really liked this book and learned SO much. I would love to be an expansion of the last chapter in his next edition.
I didn't finish reading this book. I already figured out that stress is bad for my health, so there wasn't too much more I wanted to read about that theory.
