First, this book should be read at the right age. Second, when read at the ideal age it is incredibly good. Third, despite the bad cover, name, and series name, these books are very well written. In my opinion the Flower Power series should be read from first grade to third grade for it to reach it's full potential. I read Luv Ya Bunches in second grade, and was surprised to find that even though I'm too old for this now, I still got some entertainment out of it. The characters like always cheered me up, and truly did represent many people I know, Katie-Rose especially. Lauren Myracle seems to really know this age group, and I might even go far enough to say that she understands them.
