A great retelling of a greek classic with a twist on perspective and a more modern feeling. Great read for any girl, woman or person who doesn't feel comfortable in their skin.

Entrancing and well written. Loved this retelling full of emotion and raw truths about life, actions and consequences, and destiny.

“Medusa - The Girl Behind The Myth” was everything I ever wanted from a retelling of her story.
Beautifully written, poetic and with a feminist core Jessie Burton conveys the meaning behind the myth of the Medusa that so many girls and women see and understand on a deeper level behind Medusa’s fate.
Highly recommending this to everyone interested in greek mythology, especially in the myth of the Medusa.
