5 stars isn’t enough. I was in a reading slump when I picked this up. I devoured this whole series and loved it so much! I couldn’t put it down and wanted more & more!

This was my first hockey/sports romance, and I am hooked! The spice was spicy and the romance was adorable. I will definitely be reading more of these!

The Deal

It feels a little strange to read a book mostly centered around the ice when it’s just starting to feel like summer, but I was in the mood to try another Elle Kennedy book!
Elle Kennedy wrote such swoony romance books that have good character builds. I’m sure this won’t be my last book by her this year!

I was in a reading slump, and whenever I have one of those I read a different book from Elle Kennedy to get back, because they are pretty bad and dumb. And for some reason theat gets me out of slumps. But overall the characters are blander than vanilla ice cream and the plot is just incredibly dumb. Garett is so annoying, more annoying than Tuck but less annoying than Dean if that helps lol. So full of himself and what not. Hannah is aldo kind of boring and uninteresting. Neuther of them have a personalit, outside of their majors/hobbies. So 2 out of 5 🤷♀️
