Bite of Betrayal

3.7 AVERAGE

I love this second book of the series. We really get to see Alina grow as a vampire. This one gets into knowing her and her men as their relationships and maybe lack of changes. I just love all the chemistry from friendships, possible love and enemies. Nothing is as it seems. The ending brings a whole new twist and I can’t wait to see what book three brings.

This book starts right where book 1 left off, and it’s hugely explosive. I love these interlocking books, and devour all 4 series, but Alina may be my favourite. She is such a complex character and I really want to know more about the attack on her family. Excited for the next book!

wow…this series just keeps getting better. The character development was pretty good, I love our main characters. I’m definitely an Andrei girl in the streets…but Lincoln girl in the sheets

Bite of Betrayal was amazing!!! Alina is one of those FMCs that are so emotionally intelligent and well adjusted that you find yourself taking breaths of relief that they can see situations for what they really are and don't let the drama overrule what they know to be true in their hearts. This book was filled with heat and tons of character development between Alina, Drake, Lincoln and Andrei. I devoured it in one night and it was incredible.

As fun as the first book and we get more of a look into what makes the guys tick and yet another illegal cliffhanger! I'm glad the 4th book will be coming out this month because I'm sure the 3rd book will also end on a cliffy

Still super enjoyable, but definitely started to lose its charms little by little. It got more childish, messier, plot definitely started to disappear, and I don’t think there was anything I would remember about this book once I wake up tomorrow. That was how blurry this book was, what a let down.

As for Alina, I think I liked her a lot. Ye, she might seem unreasonable at times but she was kinda badass and I kinda fell for her.

Drake was my favourite. I just love, love men in power, man. And he was a freaking king, what was I supposed to do? I couldn’t possibly hold myself back, can I? But I don’t think I roll with the idea of him having this super duper soft side as his real personality while his stoic one was the one he put on to show. I mean for someone who has lived for so long, for him to have this kind of pure and soft heart was a bit..weird, right?.

Lincoln also came close. I mean a vampire professor can do no wrong so

Run don't walk to this sequel!
