Domino Swift races in a worldwide motorcycle league during the day, and competes for an illegal engine accelerant known as Crush by night. She was adopted by a loving father when she was just a baby, but that and her origin are swathed in mystery. As her situation becomes more dangerous, clues about her origin start to arise.
"Motor Crush" is set in a science fiction world full of futuristic technology and contraband. Domino doesn't know anything about where she came from, and it is interesting to learn about her past at the same time that she does. The plot is entrancing, the book hard to put down. The world is built so well, and it continues to grow as you read. The illustrations are beautiful and the color is super bright.

Fun and really satisfying! There is violence, so be warned, but I think it's really fun to see women kicking butt, especially on a motorcycle. I ended up caring about these characters a lot and there were plenty avenues of story happening at once: action, sci-fi, romantic. You will not be bored.

Beginning was a little slow, but once it picked up it was very enjoyable and that ending! I’m excited for the next volume!

This is illustrated by one of my favorites Babs Tarr! The artwork, coloring, and layout is amazing ! The story is also great, with Domino being a racer and has a mysterious being following her and her ability to use the power of 'crush' when no one else can. I wish they would explain why 'crush' is valuable to people who don't have the power to directly use it. Maybe just to power source? Kinda has a neon mad max vibe at times and is a quick fun read! ~Ashley
