Sometimes I just need a quick easy read that isn't too complicated. Sometimes I just need a story that doesn't have me skipping all the sex pages (I am so tired of filler sex). Sometimes I need a little family drama that is real. Sometimes I need a book that gives me a HEA that leaves me smiling.

Sometimes I need a book with a pinch of child drama, a pinch of disappointment, a pinch of family. A Pinch of Salt has just enough seasoning and life to put it over the top. Today was sometime and A Pinch of Salt was just what this reader needed.

Cute, but a bit boring. 2,5 stars.

 Very Cute

Cute, sweet, fun, a tad spicy but overall just a good down to earth love story with a super fun and unique meet cute!

I like how his daughter, Kayla, is incorporated and is shown to have a grown up moment in the story.

I really enjoyed reading this one ❤️❤️

It started off good but was a bit too predictable in story progression. The wife's (soon to be ex) lack of family feeling bothered me and while I understand Jackson's daughter being hurt and upset by her parents not being together and her mom not being around, her attitude switcheroo towards Millie was a bit much. Being close to your sisters is one thing but when one of them mentions walking away from a relationship, I don't expect them to automatically assume that the guy did something wrong. I think if these things had been dealt with differently, I might have enjoyed the story more.
