Really beautifully written, lovely characters and made me fall back in love with magical realism. Chef book boyfriends are my fave and publishing book girlfriends are my fave so a match made in HEAVEN.

This was such a sweet book. It covered things I was not expecting but in such a kind and loving way. I kind of wanted more from the ending, but I know even if I did get more it still wouldn’t be enough. I don’t want to put any spoilers but there were things I wish were touched on more or with a bit more emotion. Overall though a very lovely book. I enjoyed it for sure

These characters are so flat!!!
This just never really got there for me and I can’t think of anything more impractical than a fajita food truck.
