After the cliffhanger-ending of the last book, I was happy to get this book into my grabby hands. Plus I was fortunate to have my day off so I could read for hours. Small things can make a person very happy.

What to say without revealing too much? In this book, Nic and Aiden long to finally be together (will Aiden ever build that house?) but they also have to save the realms and the fey, defeat Underhill and stuff... phew... they have a lot on their plate. But fortunately they are not alone in their struggles and their fight. They have friends and family and even though my heart sometimes ached (especially for Nic this time), I knew the ending would make up for everything. And it did!

*** I received an ARC from the author but this is my honest and voluntary review. Plus - as usual - I will buy my own copy as soon as it is released. ***
