It's a book perfect to pick up and put down, being a collection of essays.

I'm sure in the coming weeks i'll be back on kt

I had never heard of Fran Lebowitz until I watched the show on Netflix, and I found her acerbic humor quite funny at the start, when I put this book on hold. By the end of the series my feelings had waned a bit, and this book, while occasionally garnering a chuckle or two, just fell flat. I know it was written a long time ago but the casual racism stood out to me.

Parts were fantastic and a good bit of them referred to people of which I have never heard so they just didn't hit.

In today’s world of crass humor and tech culture, Fran’s trademark brand of sardonicism was the perfect palate cleanser for big readers who, like me, are beginning to hate themselves for their knee-jerk use of Internet terms like “slay” and “that’s fair” and “omg me.”

Libro super comico che raccoglie gli scritti della giornalista americana. Lei ha un'opinione su tutto e la esprime in modo accattivante. Molto di compagnia e leggero.

The appeal gets boring after about 30 pages.
