When I read my Friend Marea's review of Going Solo this week, I could have said every word about this book. I'm reading this to my k,1,2 grades and we are having sooooo much fun! We get to practice every reading strategy, we hang on the edge at every chapter end and this man's sensory descriptions are beyond compare...not to mention the 10 dollar words!
