Day Man has no obvious appreciation for this fantastic story (yet) but we read it anyway and I loved it.
I love the ditty at the end:
"Home again swiftly I glide,
Back to my beautiful bride.
She'll not feel so rotten
As soon as she's gotten
Some cider inside her inside."

It was amusing but not amazing. There are better Roald Dahl books out there (and worse)
