I had a hard time connecting this book to the first book (The Off-Limits Rule) because the characters seemed a little different in both books. I also had a hard time connecting to the characters because some of the pranks they played were a little too drastic in my opinion for who they were supposed to be. However, I did still enjoy the read besides those points.

Like the first book, this has very Hallmark Movie vibes, enemies to lovers romance with fade to black before anything really spicy goes down. Very cute book.

Quick and easy read. Kept my attention and I didn’t wanna put it down. I will say I didn’t realize it was a series until tracking my reading. So I feel like it could be read as a standalone. I did love hearing about Jess’s life growing up, but I wish you knew more about Drew’s, but maybe that info is more in the first book… 🍼

I struggled because I didn't like the Jessie. It's one thing for them play pranks but she took it to a whole 'nother level and I couldn't get past the recklessness of it.
