3.5 insta love mafia romance between Australia FMC and NYC Italian mafia made for a funny pair and they were very cutesy love. The mafia is light but see where it has potential to build in the next one. Very easy, somewhat fluffy (except the de mafia scenes) It was entertaining and kept me interested. I’ve been DNF’ing A LOT lately so I’m impressed enough.

I'm all for insta love but they fell in love in 2 days, 2 FUCKING DAYS?!
I don't think i can understand how that's even possible.
While i did enjoy a few things here and there, it was too fast paced for me.

and yes I'm still gonna read the next book

This is everything i want from my possessive, alpha, domineering mafia leads. T is an over the top mafia underboss trying to negotiate his way out of an arranged marriage. Holly is the schoolteacher who has moved to New York City to find her feet and independence. For him it is instalove. He knows he has to have Holly no matter the cost. Holly is a little more hesitant. She wants to stand of her own and find herself away from her twin back home.

These two are all consuming passion and love and perfection. I adored this story. I love when a book delivers everything I want and more. After a few angsty reads this was pure excitement, passion and possessiveness (you may have guessed this is a favourite trope of mine).

The book does end on a cliffhanger. But there is so much more ahead for Holly and T. I cannot wait to read the next installment.

Come back to the beginning to get the full story and enjoyed it. So far, so good.
Short snappy chapters
