It would be easy to pick this book apart, and some have. I decided to just give in and accept the unlikely set-up, and found the book quite charming!
I really enjoyed this book. I read about 50% of it in one sitting as I couldn’t put it down. I loved all the different stories and how they were wrapped up towards the end. I didn’t like Laura and Freddy’s fight towards the end, I don’t think it added to the story.
Overall, I loved it and would recommend to anyone.

With "a lovely cup of tea" the story is wholesome and heartfelt, I really enjoyed it.
