Yaaaas when I was reading Bound Together from the Sisters of the Heart series, I was seriously hoping Reaper would get his own story!! It was such a beautiful and heartbreaking story too.
Reaper and Anya truly seemed like soulmates and she was so good for him. Plus it was good to see the others in the MC fleshed out a bit more.
I can’t wait to see who falls next!!

Sad to say I couldn't finish this one. This was my first motorcycle gang book, and i'm not sure if this is representative of the genre, but i won't be running to read another after reading this one. First, I have VERY low tolerance for any story where women are referred to as an "old lady," or "property of" or "woman!" Second, i don't like stories where women are ordered around outside of the bedroom. and lastly, I found the nicknames to be ridiculous - oh wow, the guy who does the tattoos is nicknamed INK? the guy who works on the cars is known as Mechanic?? HOW CLEVER. Plus the TRAUMA that this author put their characters thru is WILD. not to make light of trauma, but it's like the author googled "terrible ways people can be tortured" and picked from what came up - all all these characters survived. So yeah. not the book for me.

Didn’t love the main characters, the extreme trauma, and repetitive sentence structure

“I swear to you, on my life, on the lives of my brothers, you’ll be happy. You’ll be safe.”
Okay I say alot of reads are my guilty pleasure. But this is definitely a guilty pleasure.
It's not for everyone, trust me.
But I love MC romance, I read them on wattpad. So this is my first like actual MC romance book.
And I hate to say this but I love it.
I won't say the story line is like wow but it kept me entertain.
I want to say its like trashy read I need when I am just in a mood to be entertain.
This book is hella dark, kinky, R21, language is abit crude but I knew what I was getting into.
The side characters are everything to me. I want more of their story and I can't wait for more!
“For the first time in his life, his body chose. He chose. His choice was her. Anya Rafferty.”

This book was much better than some of Feehan's more recent books have been. The plot flowed well and the sex wasn't gratuitous in the way of some of the Carpathian books. My only beef is the restating of facts over and over again. We get it, Code has a hacker friend named Cat and he's never met her. There is no reason to state it multiple times.
