Earth Tides is a captivating and powerful debut poetry book. Vaughn is a talented writer. Her writing style is enchanting and truly breathtaking. She’s one of my favorite indie poets, and I can’t wait to revisit these poems.
I loved the imagery in this collection. It’s spellbinding, evocative, and lavish. The illustrations are beautiful and compliment the vibe of Vaughn’s work well. I read a digital copy, but the images were still stunning!
Some of my favorite poems are Vision of the Future, Happy New Year, 6 Am & Gloomy, and Union, New Jersey. I’d recommend this book to poetry lovers, especially if you like traditional poetry.
