The constant cracks about his age just killed me. Since when is 38 considered old. The jokes about his virility at 40 were in particularly bad taste. Otherwise the premise was cute. I’m a sucker for the fall in love with your kidnapper bit. I would have liked more characters though I’d say almost exclusively it was just the two MCs. We barely got any scenes with her friend Caroline who I thought was interesting.

I had so much fun with this read!! I never thought that a rom com kidnapping romance was exactly what I needed in life but oh my goodness I ate this up. It was fun, hot, just the right amount of emotion…. Ugh so good!

Couldn’t have been more perfect!

This romance book didn't disappoint 🙂‍↔️. I loved it from beginning to end, and it made me laugh a lot. If the kidnapping theme holds you back from reading this book: DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO IT. The kidnapping element is basically nonexistent, and I believe the story could have unfolded just as well without it. The characters were EVERYTHING  🙌🏻😌. Brianna was fun, and Dante was almost pure perfection (I want him to spoil me too). The spice had a perfect balance, not too much, but when it did have it had details 💞.

I had been thinking about this review for days, but I think the simplest and most convincing thing I can say is that it's worth it, a lot. You'll have a good time, you'll laugh, and the perfect dose is in this book to disconnect for a while 🧁🍰

Also, the epilogue and bonus chapter?! Cutest thing ever 🥹🧁🍰😭💗

My Favorite Kidnapper is so cute. Super cute. Both Dante and Brianne are just adorable. Miss Moreland surely knows how to write rom com, despite the title of the book.

I was smiling and happy while reading the book. Some banter are cheesy but hey, it is still cute.

This was such a quirky RomCom that takes turns that would normally be dark romance, such as Dante basically st*lk*ng Brianna and then k*dnapp*ng her to his Italian Villa. Yet, it’s funny, thoroughly adorable and so entertaining.
They’re so different, yet there’s steamy attraction that they can’t keep the lid on.
Brianna is a sunny, kind and strong woman who’s struggling in her life. She has worked hard to get a chance at her dreams but, she’s not been having the best luck despite her work ethic and tenacity. She’s a likable heroine. Somehow she just works with the overbearing and bossy, Dante. He is likable despite his wacky ways because he is always kind to Brianna and he sees her value. He made me swoon with his big gestures. He grows on you, I swear! He’s charming despite how their relationship starts. It’s fiction, it’s fun, it made me feel lighter and I laughed.
If you want a romance that’s a bit eccentric, really fun with an unconventional romance and characters this is the book for you!
I love the whole vibe of this book. It’s a bit madcap, it was such a fun story with fantastic characters.
