I was afraid this was going to be one huge miscommunication trope, but thank goodness I was wrong! There was so much open communicating and working through emotions. It could have easily fallen victim to my least favorite trope, but Elise Silver once again wrote another perfect novel.

I adored Theo, obviously. How could you not? And Winter was so relatable and her growth was amazing. I am also so happy she and Sloane were made best friends. I have always rooted for Winter, and thankfully she got the story she deserves.

The sprinkles of Beau throughout make me both nervous and excited for the final book. I'm not sure my heart will be able to handle it.
