This thriller was okay, not my favorite but still intense. I felt like the last 80% is when thing's got intense and surprising. I didn't expect that ending, threw me for a loop in a good way. I got a little emotional at the end.

It did bother me a bit that Hazel didn't stand up for herself more when her brother's were being jerks to her, especially Caden. And when she would, she would write it off as her "acting like a child". Why shouldn't she stand up for herself? But overall, I liked how the story wrapped up in the end.

This book has a lot of mystery and suspense and a true "who done it" thriller. Thank you Netgalley for the opportunity to review, all opinions are my own.
