TFAWF was a masterpiece beautifully written by the author. I never felt this kind of feelings in my life. Idk If I want to wail or laugh manically. I'm drowning in the Whirlpool of pain, longing, heartache, angst. The book has given some answers but only arises more questions and uncertainty. There's a lots of things I wish I could say, but couldn't find the right words. I just loved everything that has happened and terribly, Idk if I'm ready for book 4. However, I can't wait to read it!

The pain, grief, angst and beauty of this book is so difficult to put into words.
Books like this are important—exploring darker themes and trauma both in an escapist way (a fantasy world) and also within an overall feeling of the safety afforded by the romance genre. You know that no matter how dire things get (and they get DARK), there will be—eventually—a HEA. This is absolutely not true of real life, so when I say the pain of this book was cathartic and a gift to experience, you may understand why.
The writing is lyrical and utterly captivating. The way imagery and symbolism is woven into everything and ties each book together is masterful. Completely unmatched in this genre!
I think I highlighted more of this book than I didn’t (429 notes and highlights my kindle tells me 😂🫠), and there are so many stunning lines I would love to share—but they would be far too spoilery. All I can say is I ADORE this series, and if you have any hesitation about picking it up and need to ask any questions at all—please do, I’d be happy to help.
