It's like Indiana Jones in a Star Wars setting. I really liked it.

I enjoyed Kieron Gillen's original character Dr. Aphra in her original run as Darth Vader's erstwhile tolerated wingman, but I had reservations about her as a headlining act. My fears were unfounded. As a black-mirror Han Solo, Aphra is ready for some enjoyable Star War romps. The gang is all here: evil, murderous R2-D2 analog; evil, murderous C-3PO analog; and an evil, murderous, judgey Chewbacca analog. Aphra is no friend of rebels or imperials. She's no real friend of anyone. It's just her, the great big galaxy, a supporting cast that she owes money to, and some ancient Star Wars mysteries to uncover.

3.5 estrellas.

Something about Gillen's writing just doesn't flow for me...

The story was a little hard to keep up with, but I enjoyed it! A little like Indiana Jones and Star Wars had a kid. A quick fun read!
