I didn't expect the story to be quite short. It was okay. I wouldn't say I really enjoyed it, though. I like a story that keeps me guessing, but with this one you kind of already know what the mystery is. It felt like I was reading The Thing in novel form, except, here we already know who the impostor is. Also kind of felt like I was reading the beginning of a zombie apocalypse, which isn't bad but it's a bit meh?? I think maybe I was looking for something more than that. Can't really explain how I feel about the novel, just that it was good but something was missing for me.
