Perfect Start to Fall and Winter

This book will leave you feeling so cozy and happy. I definitely recommend reading the prequel first, it makes this story even more enjoyable (but you don't HAVE to if you would rather just get started with this one). It's fun, romantic, and different from any other book you will have read. I also love that it ties into other books by Monique Brasher, that made it even more fun kinda like finding a treasure.

I fell so head over heels for the characters in this and the story is so fun and unique. I love that even though it was called Sugar Cookie Christmas, it wasn't cookie cutter Christmas story. It had so many fun elements to it that I haven't read in other Christmas books before.

I highly recommend this book and already preordered the next in the series. Can't wait to read them all. This book has left me in such a baking and Christmas mood. I could easily see this story being made into a movie one day (including the prequel)

This was my first read by this author, I was pulled in by the cover and the blurb. It is a nice story of second chances, focusing on Emma and Miles, who were married ten years ago before her father tore them apart in his misguided notion of protecting her.

Now Emma is back in her hometown for Christmas, to save her family farm, and confront Miles. Will they get their happy ever after the second time around?

A few typos and misplaced words, otherwise a nice, quick read, great for when you have an hour or so to fill.

Thank you to the author for a copy of this in return for my honest opinions.
