I’ll have to look into this but some of Dr. Rosen’s asks sounded a little culty to me

I absolutely loved this book! It may be one of my favorites I read this year.

It was cool to see Christie’s experience in group therapy! It was equal parts hilarious and thought provoking for me! As a person who has done a lot of therapy it was also cool to see someone doing therapy in a group setting and their experience!

I wish I had realized this was a memoir sooner (my own bad for not reading the description). Such an intimate retelling of personal growth that really makes you feel like you’re along for the journey

I really liked the first half and then started to find the narrator/author a bit grating and repetitive. I understand this book was about her emotional journey, but I found a lot of her dialogue and stories a bit chaotic and annoying.
