Found out the author is Zionist and it ruined the experience for me, I got about 3/4 of the way through

Interesting book that encourages a more critical approach to wellness. Sometimes the author talks about a very specific demographic of busy/stressed, wellness obsessed well-off American women. As a European not all of it seemed relevant and I got a bit bored when the book touched on more extreme topics that to me feel so out there that I would question how anyone falls for it, but I guess people get swept up in a culture.

Audiobook: This is a look at trends and fads in health and fitness. Evaluates and discusses which are more cultish and not based on fact. Interesting mix of history and commentary. Good invitation to question drivers behind trends and claims.
